How does remote IT-support actually work?

Which languages do you support?
German, English and French, in speech and writing. We work during your local business hours (CET) and are reachable via phone, email, ticket system and WhatsApp Business.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. Our contracts run monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. We prefer clients who stay because they are happy, not because a contract forces them.
What if we need help on-site?
